This new solution has the potential to provide the organization with numerous high value capabilities in the future. The Sr. Manager role will guide the evolution of this and any other technical solution necessary to provide the organization with valuable customer insight. To do this the Senior Manager of CRM and her/his direct reports will have two primary areas of focus including: 1) flawless operational execution of the existing CRM solution to ensure it meets the current and evolving business needs, and 2) managing future solution capabilities through leadership of a cross-functional, future capabilities team. This role will provide oversight of CRM training delivery, execution of standard operating procedures and service level agreements and managing solution breakdowns and routine updates. Execution of the overall strategy will be accomplished through direct management of a team.This role and its direct reports are based in Titusville, NJ but support all Janssen US Pharmaceutical selling divisions. The position incumbent will be required to maintain a presence across three Janssen campuses (Titusville, Horsham, Raritan).QualificationsBS/BA Degree required and an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years business experience required with at least 3 years of people management experience. A diverse background in CRM (multi-industry) including pharmaceuticals is preferred. Experience building strong working relationships with all levels of the organization and across functions is preferred. CRM technical experience and knowledge is preferred. The CRM environment is complex, fast paced and dynamic. This position seeks prior experience with CRM and demonstration of successful CRM strategic execution is preferred. Veeva experience is also preferred. A high degree of competence in managing routine communications with senior brand and sales leadership is required. Success will require strong strategy, communication, collaboration, teaming, change management and vendor management capabilities.
