Finance Manager Job responsibilities include:

-Work with executive management to achieve company goals and initiatives

-Mentor accounting staff

-Perform trend analysis

-Budgeting, forecasting and planning

-Analyze inventory control

-Oversee payroll activities

-Special projects

-Manage various departments including Accounting, IT, and Inventory

-Responsible for financial statements

-Provide support to the Division President

-Resolve accounting and internal control issues

-Process improvement

 

Finance Manager Job qualifications:

 

  -Must have excellent communication skills

  -Strong Management experience

-Manufacturing or distribution background

-Accounting, finance, and operational experience
