Pinnacle Wireless Communications is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing field crews for on time performance and quality assurance. The Project Manager will be responsible for project and all related work activities per client specifications allotted timeframe and established budget.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesManages day to day operational aspects of a project and scopeReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clientEffectively applies and enforces project standardsPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresMinimizes exposure and risks on projectEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyTracks and reports team hours and project accounting expenses on a weekly basisManages project budgetDetermines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projectFollows up with clients regarding unpaid invoicesAnalyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilizationEnsures project legal document are completed and signedIdentifies business development and ?add-on? sales opportunities as they relate to a specific projectLeads proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessmentsEffectively conveys our messages in both written and verbal business development discussionsFacilitates team and client meetings effectivelyHolds regular status meetings with project teamKeeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate newsEffectively communicates relevant project information to superiorsDelivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentationsResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashionUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyIdentifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for changeManages day-to-day client interaction; sets and manages client expectationApproves team members? time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely mannerComplies with and helps to enforce standard policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Job Requirements
