Wyndhams Managed Hotel Division is seeking an Income Auditor for theWyndham Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center.
To supervise and maintain the propertys revenue cycle.

Audits a number of reports, including daily sales for accuracy and appropriate posting, balance of clearing accounts, nightly audit package, telephone revenue reporting, house charges, and miscellaneous income reconciliation and posting.

Prepares all inter-company billings.
*
Tracks daily sales tax.
*
Performs accounting duties not limited to payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Assists the Controller / Assistant Controller with periodic inventory observations. Participates in monthly and quarterly inventories as needed.
*
Offers timely, accurate, and friendly responses to all client, associate, and vendor requests.

Maintains neat and organized files.
*
Prepares Daily Financial Reporting for Hotel and posts in a timely manner to Corporate Office
*
Creates & posts miscellaneous journal entries when necessary.
*
Tracks daily credit card processing.
*
Creates & distributes the daily labor report to all managers & corporate.
*
Processes fitness center billing monthly. Follows up with delinquent fitness center members.
*
Makes courtesy calls within ten days of issued billing to ensure the client has received the bill. Confirms payment terms with clients and obtains estimated date of payment within thirty days of billing.

Performs miscellaneous tasks assigned by Controller/Assistant Controller.
*
Assists with month end closings.

Job Requirements
Requires a thorough understanding of the practices and techniques of a professional field. May require knowledge of policies and procedures, and the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines.
This position requires a minimum formal education of a Bachelors degree and a minimum of two year job-related experience.
