Global Implementation Manager
12-18 Month Contract

Job Summary
Main responsibilities include: 1) Implementing new services across any/all of C3is Global Operation Centers; 2) Defining and managing to the requirements and timelines based on agreed upon global transition schedules; 3) Managing all aspects of the transition efforts and the resources involved; 4) Liaison with customer contacts on status, issue resolution and escalation management.

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)

Account/Business Transition
This position is to drive and own new account transitions across any/all C3is Global Operation Centers
Create and maintain the Transition Project plan
Lead a global team with all the transition team members to identify status and next steps of their respective areas
Document and communicate project status to internal and external constituents
Identify/Communicate risks and drive towards mitigation of these risks
Ultimately accountable for the success of client transitions

Job Requirements

5-10 years experience of large scale IT services implementation experience (preferably Service Desk operations)
Global Operations Experience
Exposure or direct experience in Pharmaceutical IT organizations and services
Client Relationship Management experience

Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in global teams
Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
The ability to lead a team of people and plan a project for the company
Knowledge of PM tools MS Project, Visio

Education
Bachelors in the field of sciences or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience on and use of the company systems and computer techniques
