We areactively seeking an Engineer with in-depth knowledge of predictive dialing systems and total site call recording solutions. This person will be regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Duties: Responsible for eCommerce infrastructure software installation, integration with business applications, user acceptance testing, and level III production support for intranet and Internet application platforms. Perform software installation of Web, J2EE Application Server (specifically Weblogic and Weblogic portal), Content management, SSL certificates, and AD developed software. Coordinate the installation, testing, monitoring, and configuration of hardware and software. Build and maintain web servers including Sun one iplanet, Apache, and IBM IHS. Work across work streams with global application teams to integrate the application. Install, configure and administer Siteminder policy server and agents. Develop Siteminder policy for Web Applications. Participate in numerous design and project status meetings, and provide operational documentation to project team members. Participate in user testing. Identify critical processes for monitoring. Plan, coordinate, and implement standards, and recommend changes to improve performance. Provide 24/7 on-call support.

Minimum education required: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of WebHosting engineering experience, eCommerce engineering experience, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience working with Application Security, Firewall policies, and Juniper Appliances. Must have experience installing, configuring, tuning, maintaining, and upgrading vendor software packages including Apache, HTTP server, SunOne/iPlanet, Weblogic, and Tomcat. Must have experience engaging in TCP/IP networking including network load-balancers, firewalls, and DNS. Must have experience serving as a web hosting administrator with both Internet and Intranet application installation and deployment. Must have experience supporting HTTP/HTTPS web servers using Apache and J2EE application Servers including Weblogic and Weblogic Portal. Must have the demonstrated ability to develop scripts for management, monitoring, and automation of underlying UNIX/Linux operating system. Must have knowledge of the following tools and technologies: authentication products including Netegrity Siteminder; WebLogic Server Administration 10.x; UNIX SA Administration; SQL; Apache Web server; nCipher SSL accelerators; Oracle Weblogic application Server; and Oracle Weblogic Portal server.

• Must be able to Engineer solutions working directly with AD teams, which means understading JAVAapplication code.
  
  
• Must know and be versed in all LINUX and UNIX scripting languages, with the ability to create automated scripts on the fly
  
  
• Must know APache modules and how to creat new Modules and compile Apache.
