Position Summary:

As a Process Analyst (Global Process Mgt), you will facilitate the design or re-design of business processes including identifying issues, facilitating change, and process improvements. Responsible for understanding business goals and conducting data driven analysis of business processes to identify and communicate solutions to improve the process.

Performance Objectives:

* Provide governance support to ensure consistent application of process model, standards and conventions across each region

* Provide support to regional/in-country teams preparing As Is and To Be Document Management process charts

* Provide support in the continuing design, development and deployment of the GDMS program

* Enhance and refine Document Management Process Model as required based on deployment experience and lessons learned

* Update Global Level 3 Document Management process charts in Blueworks to reflect approved program changes

* Support the establishment of a consolidated view of the level of Document Management process standardization across the regions

* Support and guide the in-country application of the process variability analysis tool

* Support Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) efforts

* Support and guide the in-country application of the process optimization roadmap

* Assist in the identification, assessment and selection of process improvement opportunities, e.g. KTM/OCR

* Maintain a global repository of process improvement opportunities

* Conduct process utilization assessments

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related work experience a large global organization

* Bachelors degree required

* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with diverse personalities

* Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels across the organization

* Proven analytical and business modeling skills

* Proficient with MS Office, Visio, Project

*Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
