Job Description
Kaplans Campus Manager is responsible for generating new sales and increasing overall interest in Kaplans programs. This is done by networking, both in person and virtually, with students and organizations on university campuses. The Campus Manager is an excellent role for an experienced sales professional who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their business development and sales skills.
Breakdown of what youll be doing:
* Hosting promotional events, soup to nuts.
* Cultivating relationships with university staff and key leaders within the community.
* Managing part-time brand ambassadors to achieve increased sales, lead generation, and business results.
* Developing effective and creative ways to promote sales through grassroots marketing activities on campus.
* Developing business strategies and tactics to respond to market changes and counter competitive activity.
What you need to know:
* Understand campus and industry trends.
* How to self-motivate and drive sales goals and numbers.
* How to build and nurture partnerships with high level gatekeepers.
* Strategy development and business analysis.
* How to give outstanding presentations to both small and large groups.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree.
* 2+ year of professional experience including a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
* Ability to work effectively in a dispersed workforce.
* Must be authorized to work in the employment location.
