Import Customer Service Representative at Edison

Job Description

Our client, a high end whole sale supplier for the commercial industry, is looking for a Import Customer Service Representative in Edison, NJ. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Position Overview:

The Import Customer Service Representative is responsible for the importing and exporting of all current orders and accounts.

Responsibilities of Import Customer Service Representative:

• Working with U.S Custom laws and terms
• Coordinate vessels and freights from overseas
• Importing and exporting orders
• Clearing containers from the pier
• Coordinate shipments with warehouses and forwarding returns, claims and adjustments

 

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of Customer Service and Import/Export experience
• Knowledge of U.S Customers (laws, terms, etc.)
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Attention to Detail
• Professionalism
