The position responsibilities are as follows: Managing multiple projects simultaneously around contact center technologies Responsible for successful planning and execution of projects, utilizing internal and external organizational resources appropriately by organizing and prioritizing the work efforts for the project team. Gather and update project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents. Leverage and maintain existing project management artifacts such as Playbooks. Manage cross-functional interdependencies. Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution as required. Clear the way for the project; make sure direction and expected outcome is clear. Close up issues and risks as quickly as possible. Utilize Steering Committees with key stakeholders for large scale projects and engage senior stakeholders to address barriers to success as needed. Collaborate with and support Product Managers in developing and implementing contact center technology product roadmaps. Manage communication of project statuses with business and cross application teams and with all project owners, sponsors and team members. Minimize interruptions/disruptions for project team members; keep key resources from being deluged with questions. Be a "gatekeeper" and filter questions for them. Speaking to the details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects.Improve organizational project management processes to optimize performance and value over time.

Job Requirements

Requirements- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience- 5+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle- 5+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements- Experience working with test plans and test cases- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessionsAssets- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)- Proficiency with MS Project- Proficiency with MS Visio- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification- Healthcare Industry experience UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
