Head of Training at Weehawken

Our client, a Global contemporary accessories brand, is seeking a Head of Training in North Jersey. This is amazing opportunity to be a part of impacting the future growth of a well-known brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze the current training methods for all retail stores

Make suggestions for fit current business needs

Monitoring the online activity and performance of store staff

Develop and coordinate the brand and sales training to keep sales staff performance in line with the overall retail strategy

Evaluate stores and sales staff through the organization of regular store visits and training assessment

Create and maintain appropriate training evaluation and recording processes, report regularly on individual and store progress and performance relating to sales targets and overall retail strategy

Assist Human Resources in identifying talent peel for all retail positions

Coordinate all training activities of management and sales associates for new store openings

Monitor staff performances and identify improvements and opportunities after training sessions are conducted

Preparing new training processes and assessing training needs

Maintain an up to date knowledge of all company products and technical information

Partner with e-commerce and monitor data from watch blogs and social media

Motiving the sales teams to exceed sales goals and generate new business through client development and strategic marketing opportunities

Job Qualifications:

Experience in developing and implementing retail training programs

Experience organizing and leading training seminars

Knowledge of modern electronic education delivery (e-learning) and systems

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to travel up to 50%
