AutoLenders is looking for strong, talented and customer service oriented Sales / Finance Manager to work with our corporate management team to manage the day to day sales operations in our five (soon to be six) retail automotive locations.  There is an immense opportunity for career progression within our organization, as we are continually growing and opening new stores in the near future.  AutoLenders is not your average car dealership or car buying experience; we are a no haggle, no hassle and no pressure business model with a defined focus on providing our customers with an optimal car buying experience pre and post sale.

The Sales/Finance Manager position at AutoLenders interacts with all levels of store and corporate management:
  • Assist the Corporate Management team with sales and finance management roles in all AutoLenders stores.
  • Provide customers with an optimal car buying experience, by providing a high level of customer experience and pre and post sale customer service.
  • Directly work with Corporate and Store Managers, managing day to day automotive retail sales operations.
  • Manage and motivate Sales & Leasing Consultants

Job Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • Motivated, organized, and driven professional with the passion to advance their career.
  • High level of energy and conviction to operate in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Passion for the business and role they play in a successful organization.
  • Previous sales and/or finance management experience in a retail automotive environment, is a MUST.
  • Previous experience appraising used vehicles, desking and closing automotive transactions, is a MUST
  • Previous experience working with auto finance banks, understanding of transactional paperwork and walking a customer through the paperwork delivery process, is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of dealership management software and vehicle appraisal software/tools, is a MUST.
