Director of IT | West Orange, NJ | $150K - $200K + Bonus! at Fairfield

Job Description

Our client is a Dynamics GP end user looking for a Director of Information Technology to oversee the internal ERP system and IT Infrastructure. This person will be leading a team of two helpdesk staff, outside consultants and infrastructure analysts in driving forward a number of new initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of IT department operations including IT infrastructure, Help Desk, Communication (LAN, WAN, Office365, and Lync), Security, Backup/Recovery, VMWare, Terminal Server, SQL Server and File systems.
- Develop and manage relationships and resources with key strategic partners to support Dynamics GP and Accellos
- Determine, recommend and implement hardware and software upgrades for business applications, server hardware, network equipment, desktop, laptop, etc.
- Liaise between the IT Department and other key stakeholder in the company

Ideal candidate will come with the following experience:
- Technical leader with at least 10+ years of related IT management experience
- Proven management and people skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of business systems such as Dynamics GP, Accellos, and Accellos vSync EDI.
- BA in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
