Job Description

Classification: VP/Director of Finance

Compensation: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year

Growing Pharma company located in the Princeton, NJ area has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Finance and Human Resources. The Director of Finance and Human Resources will have overall Control and responsibility for all aspects of the Companys Finance, Administration and HR functions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and manage ongoing financial strategies for the benefit of the company. Support CEO with new initiatives in the company including all business units. Oversee, design and implement HR related practices and policies for all US based employees annually and on-going basis. Oversee all inventories Direct focus on General Ledger functions (Month-end Closings, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, etc.) Participate as finance and HR lead in any business development activities Year-End Auditing participation Management of company cash resources and bank accounts Authorization of specifically identified expenditures Lead the process around Annual Budgets; Mid-Year Forecasts (Estimates); and Long-term strategic planning (Mid-Term Planning) Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting Development of accounts and sales ERP reporting systems Responsible for specific Payroll & Benefits programs and policies Lead all HR related functions and processes (e.g.: benefits, performance reviews) ADP: Manage contract and relationship; annually evaluate and recommend benefits options to GM & CEO Managing and Tracking Company Fixed Assets Administration of all company equipment, maintenance/supply contracts, and Employee Expense Report Administration A/R Collections Management & A/P (Check Writing) Management Daily Customer Billing Management Direct interaction with Swiss Parent Company Finance Department staffIf interested please email your resume in MS Word format to [Click Here to Email Your Resum] or call Richard Hecht at (732) 634-7200

Job Requirements

The Director of Finance and Human Resources must have a bachelors degree in Accounting, MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Five or more years of finance and HR experience is required. Microsoft Office expertise with concentrated knowledge of Excel, as well as, ERP System experience is also required. Experience using Navision is a plus. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Regulations required. Minimal travel required.
