We are a small privately owned, family oriented trucking company with new equipment and are seeking regional and OTR CDL Truck Drivers. At Florilli Transportation, we provide a friendly and personable work environment where we know our truck drivers by name, not number. We are also offering a $250 incentive pay to new drivers!

Our OTR drivers get two full days off after a minimum of 2 weeks out. Drivers who stay out longer than 2 weeks receive a day home for each week out. Regional drivers can get home weekly if they prefer, timing depends on their load assignment.

Our Truck Drivers LOVE the following Benefits Florilli offers:

• Starting pay - $0.36 per mile - 2500 - 3000 miles per week  
• $25 a day layover and breakdown pay
• Drop off/Pick Up Pay is $15.00 after first and last
• Detention Pay - $10 per hour (after 2 hours of waiting following pickup and/or delivery appt.)

• One week paid vacation after the 1st year

• Eligible for 401K at start of next quarter following hire date

Additional Details:

• Our new equipment includes the following: 110 2012 Freightliner Cascadias, 70 2013 Peterbilt 386s ,20 2013 International Pro Star’s
• We provide free transportation, lodging, breakfast, and lunch at driver orientation each week
• Major lanes include Midwest to Pennsylvania; Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, and some California
• All miles are paid according to PCMiler Shortest, version 23

Job Requirements

 
As a Regional or OTR Truck Driver, you must have at least 1 year of driving experience. We are looking for drivers over the age of 23. You may have up to 3 moving violations, but not more than 2 preventable accidents to qualify.

Additional requirements include:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid driver license & Class A CDL
• No Positive or Refusals or Drug Related Violations
• Alcohol/DUI Related Violations must be 5 years old
