Key Accountabilities:
Highest level technical expert in designing N-Tier, J2EE applications to ensure they are robust, extensible, and easy to maintain.
Must be an advisor on key technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices.
Demonstrate lead expertise in design patterns, technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices.
Demonstrate lead experience in providing guidance and advice to various groups on Java/J2EE architecture and experience on ensuring project on target
Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form

Required Skills

Must have Lead experience rolling out and developing a large enterprise portal applications.
Minimum 10+ years "hands-on" experience in design and development using Java and J2EE technologies.
7+ years of Java scripting experience is must.
3+ years of JQuery experience is must.
3+ years of Dojo experience is must.
Experience implementing IBM Connections or other Java based Social Media platform will be a major preference.
Strong experience coding in Java technologies and frameworks like JSP, JSTL, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, Struts, Hibernate, Maven, log4j and JUnit.
Strong experience with Java Spring and Spring modules like Security, Mail, Batch, MVC.
Strong XML technology experience such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, etc.
Solid understanding of Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, XML, RESTful, Web Services Development Kit.
Strong in database technologies: Oracle DB.
IBM WebSphere Portal 7.0.0.2 development experience.
