Meridian At Home has a part time opening for an IV Certified Registered Nurse for home care visits.

Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating home nursing care needs on individuals and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency policies and procedures and external regulations.

Department Home Care IV
Schedule : Days and hours vary with an every other weekend commitment.

Job Requirements

[Minimum education]

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, minimum one year nursing experience, one year home health preferred. Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or nursing diploma is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

BSN preferred

[Minimum work experience]

1 year experience

[Desired work experience]

5 Years IV therapy experience in home care or an acute care setting.

[Required licenses/certifications]

Current New Jersey Nursing License
(BLS) Basic Life Support
(CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(RN) Registered Nurse
IV Certification.
IV Certification
Must have valid NJ drivers license.
