We are seeking full-time, part-time and per diem Physical Therapy Assistants to join our in-house interdisciplinary sub-acute treatment team.

As an Physical Therapy Assistant with CareOne, you will be part of a active sub-acute program, as you design individualized treatment plans for a diverse mix of rehabilitation patients. You will collaborate with our in-house Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists and the clinical team to provide a seamless continuum of care.
