Position SummaryProvide professional help-desk capabilities supporting bank authorized software. Ability to install and support bank related software and hardware. Fully understand and support Remote Job Printing (RJE) and file distribution methods.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide help-desk capabilities by phone or face-to-face with internal bank customers.
Install and upgrade software and hardware as needed.
Support the banks remote printing and file distribution processes as needed.
Maintain up to date documentation regarding bank software and technical procedures.
Adds and maintains user profiles on the Local Area Network.
Interfaces with third party vendors to assist with problem resolution.
Performs other duties as required by the Information Technology manager.
Job Requirements
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of the Windows operating environment and Microsoft Office application software.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal business units.
Must be adaptable and capable of learning new software quickly.

All bank positions require maintaining personal fiscal responsibility.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Critical member of team. Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain a high degree of flexibility.
Must be able to maneuver stairs in the event of an emergency.
Travel to other locations may be necessary. A valid NJ Drivers License, in good standing, is required and access to a vehicle for use in the course of business.
Able to lift and move items that may weigh up to 25 pounds.
