Job Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

MUST HAVES:

5+ years BSA experience
Proven experience with payments files such as ACH, Wire, Check and Card
BAT / UAT Testing
HP QC
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
Excellent communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

Banking/Financial Industry Experience
Treasury/Cash Management Background
Experience with payment files in the following formats: Flat, EDI, XML, ISO and Nacha

This individual will be:

Required to understand new business requirements, conduct business analysis Must have knowledge of products and systems process in order to define and document business systems requirements for business unit. Ensure systems deliverable are met. Provide consultation as required through project life cycle. Collaborate with business leaders, IT groups and vendors to ensure issues communicated clearly and accurately.
The Business Systems Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners to provide research, analysis and documentation of business process improvement opportunities and business requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to create workflows of current state and future state for business and/or system processes
• Maintain process flow map library
• Document Business Requirements to support operational and systemic changes
• Complete traceability matrix
• Develop test strategy and cases to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements
• Performs Business Acceptance Testing on various Treasury Management systems
• Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments and outside contacts as necessary
• Work cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
• Support acceptance testing during nights and weekends as needed
