Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

Reports to the National Recruiter to perform high volume
recruiting for locations throughout the United States and three provinces in
Canada. This position isa terrific opportunity to learn all aspects of recruiting and human resources.

  • Utilize applicant tracking system to screen candidates against job profiles;
  • Utilize major job boards to search for candidates;
  • Schedule and conduct phone screenings;
  • Schedule on-site interviews for hiring managers at specific job sites;
  • Provide appropriate documentation to qualified candidates to assist in the on boarding process.
Education and Work Experience

  • A Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, or
  • Zero to two years experience in the Human Resources recruiting
    field, or
  • Any similar combination of education and
    experience.
The pay rate for this position is up to $12 an hour.

  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word
    software.
