recruiting for locations throughout the United States and three provinces in
Canada. This position isa terrific opportunity to learn all aspects of recruiting and human resources.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to screen candidates against job profiles;
- Utilize major job boards to search for candidates;
- Schedule and conduct phone screenings;
- Schedule on-site interviews for hiring managers at specific job sites;
- Provide appropriate documentation to qualified candidates to assist in the on boarding process.
- A Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, or
- Zero to two years experience in the Human Resources recruiting
field, or - Any similar combination of education and
experience.
