We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals who are experienced in consultative customer service for a seasonal opportunity from Thanksgiving to New Years.

As a Seasonal Mobile Device Specialist, you will help create excitement about our clients newest tablet devices at a specified retail location in your city. Youll work directly with customers to share with them how they can use this device and how it can enhance their lives.

To be successful in this position, you must be highly skilled at:

Connecting with customers

Discovering customers needs and values

Showing customers the products that meet their needs

Encouraging customers to experience the product for themselves

The schedule for this position will be 24 hours a week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This will include Evening and Daytime hours as necessary. We must emphasize the importance of strict attendance - missing a shift for any reason will be grounds for immediate dismissal.

Job Requirements

Experience with Mobile & Tablet devices

Experience using iOS and Android operating systems

Access to high-speed internet connection for virtual training and meetings

Absolutely ZERO scheduling conflicts on weekends from Nov. 22nd to Dec. 31st.

Ability to work in-person with customers in a fast-paced, retail environment

Amicable personality and professional demeanor

Passion for technology, especially tablet devices highly desired
