. Job Responsibilities:
As a sales rep a good candidate will develop new business, maintain sales standards and achieve sales objective. This position requires interfacing with customers, distributors, and I&C team members demonstrating a wide range of communication and service skills and product knowledge in fast moving electrical components industry.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative include:
- Sustain sales activities; prospecting calls, appointments, demonstrations, proposals, RFQs, quotations, follow-ups and customer database updates.
- Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cold-calling businesses in person, from small businesses to major corporations.
- Perform customer service daily order entry, shipping coordination, daily product and price inquiry, as required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish or English & Japanese preferred
- Open to traveling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Multi-Tasking skills to handle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
