A-Line Staffing is looking for 7 Pharmacy Representatives for Fairfield, NJ.
This Pharmacy Representative position is 1st shift which is an 8 hour shift between 7am-9pm and will be 40 hours a week with a possibility of overtime. Job Description:

This position is responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/reverifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; obtaining authorizations/cauterizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems. This individual works with both internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and meet all financial and clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.

• Triaging faxes
• Contacting doctor’s offices regarding prescriptions
• Entering new patients into our computer system
• Collating/pulling/picking/labeling/counting medications
• Inbound and outbound calls to patients or prescribers regarding order
• Entering prescriptions
