Experienced Receptionist/Billing Clerk

Full time/day shift position, Monday – Friday.

An entry-level Receptionist/Billing Clerk to help our award-winning printing agency stay award-winning.

Youre a stellar communicator and fantastic organizer. Coworkers love you. More importantly, customers love you. You know the value of great customer service and the importance of being a friendly voice when customers call.

Youre big on details, no matter how small they may seem. You have a strong willingness to learn new skills and can put them work.

• Youre a juggler. Well, not literally, though that would make the office even more fun. But you do juggle tasks. Sometimes a lot of them.
• People tend to like you. Were kind of like a big family. And not the dysfunctional kind. Getting along is important. Especially in a crazy business like printing.
• You can write persuasively.
• Youre great with computers and standard office programs.
