Classification: Financial Analyst-Manager

Compensation: $120,000.00 to $176,000.99 per year

A growing company in the greater Princeton area is looking for a Financial Accounting Manager. In this role you will manage the preparation of the companys SEC filings and assist in the analysis of complex transactions and newly issued accounting guidance. The Accounting Manager will also manage the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including the completion of prime financial statements, footnotes, management discussion and analysis, and external auditor compliance checklists. They will also provide technical reporting and accounting assistance in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Job Requirements

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Public Accounting and a CPA are preferred. Seven or more years of experience demonstrating a working knowledge of accounting and reporting principles is required.
