Classification: Tax Staff (corporate)

Compensation: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year

One of the fastest growing international service companies in the tri-state region located in Springfield, New Jersey is searching for a Tax Manager with extensive experience in corporate and partnership taxation. This is a newly created position due to expansion. The Tax Director will be responsible for handling multiple corporate and partnership entities. Other responsibilities include compliance, tax planning, dealing with transfer pricing issues and being an integral part of the management team. Job Requirements

Eight plus years progressive tax experience in a corporate or CPA firm. A strong proficiency in corporate and partnership taxation. A CPA or Masters in Tax is ideal. Any experience dealing with transfer pricing issues is preferred but not required. Some international tax experience is highly preferred.
