Federal Credit Union located near the Hightstown area is aggressively seeking a Member Operations Specialist to act as a point of contact for both internal and external customers; analyze member disputes; process outgoing and incoming wires and ACH transactions, ensuring all are in compliance with regulations; act as a point of contact for escalations an high priority requests; and cross-train on multiple functions such as call center support, reviewing and processing transactions for item processing, reconciling, research, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
?BA/BS or, in lieu of, 10+ years experience
?4-6 years bank back office operations experience
?MS Suite of products
?Excellent organizational and time management skills
