Summary

 

Our client is seeking a pure Business Analyst ( B.A. ) focused in Information Technology ( IT ) services with SME experience in the Auto (CAR) and Home Owners insurance industry. The ideal BA will work on a property and casualty insurance team of other Business Analyst professionals and assist with multiple deployment projects.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Investigate and gather requirements from business stake holders that will be used by the development team to build solutions.

 

• Analyze business requirements and recommend systems solutions to management for Executive Liability Underwriting.

 

• Communicate between the multiple user groups and development teams to ensure the best solutions are developed using best practices.  

 

• Create and review business requirement process workflow documents for functional.

 

• Evaluating design sessions, business requirements gathering. conducting meetings preparing and maintaining key project documents.

 

•  Analyze and document business requirements for both new and existing applications.

 

• Generate high quality documentation software development staff.

Job Requirements

Requirements

 

• 5+ yrs Home Owner and Automobile ( Auto ) Insurance knowledge SME.

• Bachelors in Information Technology ( IT ) or Business Management.

• Insurance Policy Life Cycle System Rating Systems – Personal Lines Auto and Dwelling SDLC Methodologies (i.e. Agile methodologies ).

• Guidewire (ERP).

• Posses an analytic mindset combined with knowledge strategy, and critical thinking.

• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills, organized and extremely reliable.
