SPECIALTY PROGRAMS GROUP SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join our office located in Parsippany, New Jersey. We have earned a reputation for customer satisfaction, sustained growth and financial stability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Obtain authorization and schedule diagnostic exams for patients
• Work at a steady pace and for long periods of time
• Handle details with exceptional accuracy
• Organized and analytical

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must have one (1) solid year of phone / customer service experience
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Outlook is required
• Type at least 25 wpm with 85% accuracy

 

COMPENSATION:

• $13.00 per hour
• Pay differential for Bilingual Spanish/English speaking
