Job Description
Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Help Desk Support individual that can work with a client in Florham Park, New Jersey (NJ). This person will effectively resolve software and PC related issues for clients by using necessary tools for management analysis and problem resolution. Support is provided via telephone, PC, fax, and mail. Serve as contact for any questions and problems that arise and ensure support rendered meets or exceeds the clients satisfaction.Functions:- Provide client phone support for their software and hardware
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and communications problems
- Respond to a clients call regarding product questions and problems
- Ensure issues or problems are resolved accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain records of client calls on the Service Management System
- Provide follow-up on client quality surveys to check how service is being received and if it is meeting clients standards
- Serve as liaison between a client and our clients payroll; inform payroll representatives of client payroll changes
- Authorize hardware repairs and/or replacements and initiate client shipment from the warehouse
- Call clients on a proactive basis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; ensure that current product features are being utilized and understood
- Identify problems related to the service workstation and recommend improvements
Job Requirements
Specifics:- A B.A. is required
- This position will start on the 1st shift (9-5:30) and after 3-4 weeks will transition to 2nd shift (10:30-7)
