Job Description

Lead Customer Service Specialist, Wayne, NJCandidate must have customer service skills and be willing to work on heavy inbound and outbound phones. Uses knowledge of program requirements to determine applicant eligibility/ qualification for the program(s) Manage aging records by daily monitoring and research Assist in resolving application deficiencies with residential customers and HVAC contractors over the phone Meet weekly production goals Follow up on status inquiries by managing a general email box High School diploma or equivalent 2 years minimum experience in administrative support or program coordinator role 2 years minim experience with data entry Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Office Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently Experience handling and managing incoming product and inventory a plus Ability to work well under pressure and manage projects and timelines appropriately Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff Excellent work ethic and strong sense of personal and professional accountability Strong attendance recordFor this particular position US citizenship is requested.
