Computer Science Intern* at Branchburg

Overview:

Agfa Corporations plate manufacturing facility located in Branchburg, New Jersey produces analog as well as thermal, visible light and chemistry-free digital plates that offer advanced solutions for different printing applications.

Our Branchburg, NJ location is looking for an Computer Science Intern to join our team. Ideally, the student would earn academic credits towards graduation.

This position is geared towards students who will receive academic credits (unpaid) towards graduation. This position is also for students who are 6 months to one year away from graduating.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the EH&S staff with information management, specifically with MS Access and Excel. The candidate will develop access databases and be able to link to appropriate site information for environmental calculations and data management.

Qualifications:

Education

• Working towards either a BS or Associate degree in Computer Science.

Experience

• No experience required.

Specific skills

• Computer knowledge required – Microsoft office suite including access, SQL highly desired.

Hours:

• 10 -20 hours per week

Duration:

• 1 semester/4 months (w/possible extension)
