Job Classification: Contract We are currently looking for a Production Operator. This person will be responsible for running the machine along with performing troubleshooting and maintenance. Job Description:Perform a variety of duties to become proficient in all areas of working in the production facility. Reports to Production Manager of assigned department. Support the Companys lean initiative and continuous improvement.A candidate will be responsible for:-Work to master the annealing process; setting up machines and basic machine operations.-Make routine adjustments to machines and peripheral equipment. -Use pin gauges and micrometer to measure ID and OD of tubing. -Record production records including length, measurements, material, heat number, scrap, yield, mill speed and number of pieces.
