Position Description:
Travel and Expense Analyst is responsible for the management and administration of all functional aspects of the Concur T&E system. This position leads the Concur system and related projects with support from IT and other members of the Finance Department. This position manages the system, compiles, records, and analyzes routine transactions, and verifies that all transactions comply with corporate policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for managing all functional aspects of the Concur T&E system.
Lead projects associated with system upgrades and implementations.
Advise, guide and provide direction to other functional areas and Company employees regarding system usage/functionality.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues associated with Concur AP system.
Work with IT and external vendors on file transfers (imports and exports).
Develop and administer training sessions and user guides for relevant system topics and questions.
Plan and coordinate audits associated with Concur
Develop and run multiple weekly, monthly and annual reports and queries.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communications with internal and external customers.
Identify, report, track, resolve issues and offer suggestions for system/process improvement. Develop and perform weekly/monthly audit, queries, report reconciliations. Process expense reports for payment. Provide Employee information with payroll timely.
Cognos Reporting Create and distribution of standard and custom reports either scheduled or as requested.
American Express Corporate Card Administration Manage the issuance, troubleshooting, and termination of Amex Corporate Credit cards and all related duties.
Adhoc financial analysis and projects
Position Requirements:
Four year degree from an accredited institution; relevant fields preferred
Minimum of five years of T&E or Accounts Payable system experience is required
Very effective organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Project Management of Accounts Payable or T&E Systems, Concur experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Oracle (preferred but not required)
Document scanning/imaging
On Line Expense Reporting
