Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will provide a excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- CSR’s must be able to clearly communicate verbally and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills will be expected of the Customer Service Representative
- Customer Service Representatives will resolve problems in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully coordinate and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously
- Must have strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and excellent data entry skills
- Make decisions based upon numerous variables. Ability to recognize all aspects of a situation, identifying the key decision steps and possible long-term implications of the decision made
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with an assertive and creative drive
- Proven organizational, tracking and document management skills
- Ability to manipulate necessary office equipment, computers, scanners, and peripherals
