Our client is a leader in their industry and continues to grow.  They are seeking a Customer Service Representative with great energy!

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will provide a excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • CSR’s must be able to clearly communicate verbally and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent listening skills will be expected of the Customer Service Representative
  • Customer Service Representatives will resolve problems in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully coordinate and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously
  • Must have strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and excellent data entry skills
  • Make decisions based upon numerous variables. Ability to recognize all aspects of a situation, identifying the key decision steps and possible long-term implications of the decision made

 

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 3  years experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with an assertive and creative drive
  • Proven organizational, tracking and document management skills
  • Ability to manipulate necessary office equipment, computers, scanners, and peripherals
