Title Insurance Sales - Base + at Tinton Falls

Job Description

Multi-state title company is seeking a Title Insurance Sales Representative to complement the team.

Responsibilities:
- Selling Title Insurance products and services to professional businesses related to the home purchase market such as attorneys, realtors, mortgage originators, and accountants.
- Relationship selling through active participation of networking groups, meetings, presentations, and various face-to-face and telesales methods.
- Staying current on all the latest home and title insurance trends.
- Communicating with customer service and fulfillment departments to ensure that clients expectations are being met.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of relationship sales experience.
- 3+ years of proven sales within the homebuying market and/or commercial real estate market.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- The position is a base plus commission opportunity. Total compensation is uncapped. Sales people at the company typically make over $100,000.
