Senior Financial Analyst at New Brunswick

Description:

• This role will be involved in Management reporting, Month End close activities, Capital Project support and other Ad Hoc business support.
• The contractor will be responsible for driving the activities above across the finance and business groups
• Specific activities will include monthly and quarterly management reporting, including Budget vs. Actual, Headcount, consolidation for senior management review
• Additionally, the contractor would support monthly Project Financial Profiles, assisting Project Managers of their spend, ad hoc business questions include Purchase Order research, Capital Appropriation requests where needed, journal entries, and business planning support

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of Finance experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, SAP experience a plus
• Must have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to lead, work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
