Payroll Coordinator at Orange

Job Description

 

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for employee/patient input, payroll and billing.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

1.  Enters patient and employee information from branch input sheets.

2.  Assists in the physical generation of payroll checks as well as invoices.

3.  Provides earning records upon request, completion of wage reporting forms,
  i.e. unemployment and social services.

4.  Answers payroll questions from branches in absence of supervisor.

5.  Responsible for end of day back up procedures.

6.  Inputs branch payroll reports.

7.  Manages the printing of reports, locally and at the branch level.

8.  Helps proof the branch payroll

9.  Runs the Branch Weekly Download Program

 

 



Job Requirements

 High School Diploma required; some college preferred

 2-3 years of experience in data entry

 Must be computer literate and detail oriented.

 Must have accurate data entry skills.
