My clientis a leader in the wound care industry and they are expanding their sales force (3x in 3 years). They sell products that are for implications around wound care. The targets for this position includehospitals, pharmacy, surgeons, surgi-centers and long term care facilities. Candidates must have strong demonstrated success in their experience to be considered for this career.

PROFILE:

• Current Business to Business Sales Experience - w/Top Rankings, Presidents Club).
• Backgrounds (Advertising Sales, Payroll Sales, Copier Sales, Uniform Sales Telecom, etc. )
• Medical Sales/Device/Lab RepsBackgrounds
• Hospital Repsselling Vaccine Reps/Immunization/Diagnostic
• Seeking reps with 1, 3 or 4 positions max since College with most recent role 2-4 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• College Degree (Required)
• Documented successwith stats, rankings, quota achievements
• Consecutive and consistent years of over 100% to plan with Awards, Trips, etc
• Must have a clean driving record(Car Provided)

OFFERING:

• Base Salary (based on experience) $65,000 - $85,000
• Yearly Bonus structure and/or uncapped commissions $120,000-$130,000+
• Base increases with Performance
• Company Car with Full Car expenses (car, insurance, gas, etc.)
• Expense Account
• Lap Top, Mobile, Home Office
• Full Benefit Package
• Trips for Presidents Club Winners (Hawaii, Europe, -Italy, Greece, etc)
