Job description
Our client is looking for the following:Develop ARGUS cash flow analyses.Collect, organize, and analyze lease and financial information.Interact with agents and owners to develop assumptions and cash flow models.Create supporting charts and graphs from cash flow and market data.Write financial and market analysis narratives.Manage project due diligence requirements.Manage internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for
Qualifications:Bachelor Degree; Finance or Business preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate.Proficiency with ARGUS.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial setting.Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting and competing deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
