Job Classification: Contract We are seeking a desktop support analyst for a contract to hire role.This is supporting approximately 2000 end users in a corporate environment.Responsibilities and Troubleshooting will include:-Active Directory (password resets, GPOs, etc)-Microsoft Office-Windows 7-iPhones and AndroidTicket volume is approximately 30/day on Remedy.Needs for level 1,2, and 3 support specialists.
