Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction. Has profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. These management positions require strong technical, communication and management skills and extensive experience in managing the operations of a business.Additional Responsibilities Lead service delivery for a large Health & Welfare and HR client. Managing or directing staff assigned. Interact regularly with clients on escalations and project work. Act as the subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Administration practices. Analyze, plan and implement process improvement (such as Six Sigma initiative) needs. Drive new revenue opportunities by Designing and Implementing Health & Welfare, Pension, and HR administration solutions to meet client needs. Prioritizing and coordinating multiple work efforts within a single team. Managing both direct staff and key matrix relationships within a shared or leveraged service environment. Project Management of large initiatives (Annual Enrollments, Beneficiary Solicitation, Dependent Audit, etc).Essential Knowledge/Skills Health and Welfare and HR administration experience required. Consulting experience, helpful Strong HW plan knowledge, minimum 7 years. 10 years preferred Strong technical aptitude Required - MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Internet Preferred - MS Project, SQL Strong verbal and written communications skills to interact with the client directlyEducationBachelors degree or above, preferred
