Position:   Sr. Relationship Manager - Wealth Management/ Investments

Location:  Paramus, NJ

Comp:   $120K-$160K +Uncapped  Bonus + Benefits

Description

Leading Wealth and Investment Management Banking conglomerate seeks bachelors with Series 7 and 66 (CFP or MBA a +), with 10+ years corporate Wealth Management experience, strong track record in business development and a solid background in investments, and fluency explaining investment offerings to HNW clients in the $2-5MM space. We are looking for a top sales performer and relationship manager in the wealth management space with the ability and potential to be a leader of the group, as well as a business development executive. Must have expertise of wealth product offerings including Trust, Full banking platforms, loan facilities, investment management, estate and retirement planning and online brokerage platform s, with a focus on the investment management aspect highly desirable. As an RM you will lead the client relationship team to expand existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and grow revenue for the firm. In return we are offering a highly competitive base salary with uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related.

- Series 7 and 66 Licenses a MUST, or acquired within 6 months of start date.

- MBA and / or CFP a +.

- 10+ years Wealth Management relationship management, sales or client service with some focus on selling investment management products to clients in the $2-10MM space

- Knowledge of Investment Management Strategy, Process and Products, Trust Solutions, Financial and Estate Planning techniques, Banking and Lending Products.

-       High level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building.

- Excellent interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills.
