Job Title:  Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location:  Jersey City, NJ

Duration:  6+ Months

 

The Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS) Ariba P2P Config role will be responsible for the transition and delivery of Ariba international implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Working with The Ariba lead, support the global strategy, approach and overall training and communication plan for the Ariba projects
• Review domestic and international business requirements for all Ariba modules in addition to reviewing Functional Design documentation to support the business requirements
• Develop and review additional project documentation to track business processes, workflows and overall system design
• Responsible for configuration of each country rollout including aggregating necessary information to support upload of master data files.
• Manage project schedules using MS Project as well as MS Excel / Project / SharePoint project work

 

 

Typical Minimum Experience:

Action oriented individual with demonstrated leadership experience in Ariba Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations, program management, process design and operational support.

 

Qualifications include:

• Configuration experience to include one or more of the ARIBA core disciplines including On Demand, Buyer (Requisitioning and Receiving), Invoicing, Analysis, Contract Compliance
• Experience must span multiple ARIBA implementations and/or upgrade projects.
• System background experience should include familiarity with reporting, workflow, configuration, modifications, etc.
• Experience working with a PMO environment and managing multiple projects including infrastructure and application development with an understanding of various SDLCs
• Proficient working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
• Strong Microsoft Project experience; ability to quickly learn other PM management tools, as required
