Responsibilities:

• Originate government and conventional refinance and purchase transactions.
• Continually cultivate new business through the ongoing development of current and new realtor, builder, and referral relationships.
• Interview new and existing clients to determine their needs and consult on available products, terms, conditions, and rates available based on their financial position and credit data.
• Assist borrower in completing the loan application, required forms, and gathering appropriate documentation necessary for beginning the loan process.
• Prepare complete loan package for submission to processing/underwriting and follow loan throughout process to ensure compliance with terms
• Communicate with borrowers and related third parties to keep them updated and engaged in successfully completing the loan process.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and customer service consistent with the Gold Star brand name.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent loan origination experience
• Verifiable track record of recent successful purchase and referral based sales volume
• Active NMLS License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding work ethic and time management skills
