Job Description

Apartment community in Old Bridge, NJ is looking for a competent Maintenance Worker who can follow directions and get the job done.  Successful Candidates will be self starters with a “can do" attitude.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

1.  Minimum of 2 years experience.
2.  A positive attitude and a personality that enjoys working as a team player.
3.  Carpentry skills, tile work & general repair are desired.
4.  Must be able to follow directions.

Job Requirements

1.  You must be part of our on-call emergency rotation
2.  A thorough understanding of gas furnaces and central air conditioners –

 HVAC certification required
3.  A thorough understanding of plumbing and plumbing maintenance.
4.   A thorough understanding of all kitchen appliances.
5.  Have own tools & reliable transportation
