Job Classification: Contract We are seeking level one and two helpdesk analysts for 100% phone support roles. These analysts support about 1,000 end users in a call center environment.The troubleshooting responsibilities will be centered around:-Windows XP and 7-Microsoft Office-Active Directory password resets.Expect ticket volume on Remedy at around 25 tickets/day.
