Compensation: $11.00 to $11.00 per hour

A window manufacturer in Union county has a temporary to possible full time opportunity for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Center Representative is responsible for providing quality to customer service to potential customers that inquire with the company. The representative will be expected to answer inquiries, take down detailed information, extinguish issues, follow companys policies and procedures, and resolve problems. The representative will need to maintain our database by entering accurate information and updating as needed. Skills needed to perform this position include using a telephone, typing and using the Internet to help set up quality appointments for our sales representatives. Job Requirements

Advanced Customer Service/Inside Sales experience, Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
