Compensation: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour

Data Analyst Wanted!! A large financial services firm located in Morris County is seeking a Data Analyst. The Data analyst position will assist the multinational team compile and run analysis on several key sets of data, generating results to provide insights in the business operation and strategic planning process.Data analyst position will assist the multinational team compile and run analysis on several key sets of data, generating results to provide insights in the business operation and strategic planning process. Primary stakeholders will be MNC strategy and marketing teams. Primary collaboration partners to include: MNC pricing team, MNC product team, MNC sales operations, MNC finance team, NAS and ESI strategy teams. Ability to work with multiple data sources to develop single rich data sets which can be analyzed to develop insights into companies in the multinational market Ability to set-up and manage large data sets and a logical database structure that allows foro Construction of recurring and point-in-time reports/analysiso Frequent data refreshes without disturbing existing models and reportso Expansion of data set to include other sources and normalize fields o Trends analysis to view changes over time Understanding of global products and markets to interpret analysis results and look for potential additional areas of data analysis that yield deeper insights Ability to take data conclusions and develop powerpoint presentations highlighting key findings and trends analysis Superior skills with Microsoft Office products (current main tools for data analysis) Experience with other common database toolsRequirements Undergraduate degree MBA candidate preferred Prior analytics experience 1-3 years depending on type of experience Global outlook and business model fluent
